Barbara Magee
Barbara began her career at Blacktown City Council, where she was Public Relations Officer for seven years.
In 1998 she took up the role of Public Relations Manager for the international theme park Wonderland Sydney. She was
also appointed
by
the park's
Malaysian owners, the Sungeiway (SunWay) Group, to assist in the rezoning of 215 hectares of land to establish the Wonderland Business Park.
From 2000
until
2002 Barbara was the NSW Public Relations Manager for CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants).
There, she provided
media liaison, internal communications and member communications
services.
Since 1996, she has been associated with the University of Western Sydney's School of Marketing, the largest school of marketing in Australia. As well as having lectured in public relations, Barbara has been a member of the University's Public Relations Industry Advisory Committee.
Emily Tinson
Emily Tinson
is a journalist and media consultant.
She has professional qualifications in both journalism and organisational communication. Her media credentials include the NSW
Law Society Journal and a wide range of newspapers in both inner Sydney and western Sydney, Glebe and Inner Western Weekly, Fairfield Advance, Blacktown Advocate and Penrith Press).
